WK-4型正鏟挖掘機(jī) Forward Excavator
單斗正鏟機(jī)械式履帶行走電動(dòng)挖掘機(jī)(簡稱電鏟)優(yōu)點(diǎn)很多,適于高強(qiáng)度作業(yè),廣泛應(yīng)用于金屬、非金屬礦及煤炭露天礦的各種土質(zhì)和軟硬礦巖的鏟裝作業(yè),也可用于水利、建筑和修路等工程的鏟裝、排土和倒堆作業(yè)。具有以下特點(diǎn):
Single-bucket forward mechanical crawler electro-excavators (“electro-excavator” for short) enjoy many advantages. They apply to high-intensity operation and are widely used in the scooping of various soil texture and soft and hard ore rocks of metal and nonmetallic ores as well as coal open-pit ores. They can also be used for the scooping and casting in water conservancy, construction and road building projects. They have the following characteristics:
1、正鏟挖掘時(shí),動(dòng)臂傾斜角度不變,斗柄和鏟斗作轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)和推壓運(yùn)動(dòng),形成復(fù)雜的運(yùn)動(dòng)軌跡,滿足工作要求;
1. During forward excavation, the inclination angle of swing arm does not change. The bucket arm and bucket rotate and pushes the excavating objects. Complicated movement tracks are left to meet the requirements of work.
2、由于動(dòng)臂和斗柄的布置和聯(lián)接的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn),決定了這種正鏟挖掘機(jī)不宜挖掘低于停機(jī)面以下的工作面,而適用于挖掘高出停機(jī)平面的工作面;
2. Due to the arrangement of swing arm and bucket arm as well as their linkage, such forward excavators are not suitable to excavate the working face under the level floor, but suitable to excavate working face above the level floor.
3、因其有足夠大的提升力和推壓力,并且是推壓強(qiáng)制運(yùn)動(dòng),因此,它可用于各級(jí)土壤;特別適宜鏟裝爆后巖堆的散料。
3. Since such forward excavators have enough lifting power and pushing force and make forced pushing movement, they can be used for different levels of oil, and especially for the bulk materials of rock after scooping.
一、主要結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn):
I. Main Structural Feature
1、采用單梁動(dòng)臂雙斗柄齒條推壓式工作裝置,其主要組成部分有動(dòng)臂、斗柄、鏟斗、提升機(jī)構(gòu)和推壓機(jī)構(gòu);
1. They adopt single swing arm and double bucket arm device of gear pushing type. Their main parts are swing arm, bucket arm, bucket, lifting mechanism, and crowding mechanism.
2、回轉(zhuǎn)機(jī)構(gòu)由兩臺(tái)立式電動(dòng)機(jī)分別驅(qū)動(dòng),由于大齒輪固定在下機(jī)架上,小齒輪可以沿大齒輪周邊滾動(dòng),帶動(dòng)整個(gè)回轉(zhuǎn)平臺(tái)作旋轉(zhuǎn)運(yùn)動(dòng);
2. The slewing mechanism are respectively driven by two vertical motors. As the big gear wheel is fixed on the lower bearing bracket, the small gear wheel can roll around the big gear wheel to drive the rotation of the whole slewing platform.
3、采用履帶運(yùn)行裝置,優(yōu)點(diǎn)是接地比壓力小,附著力大,可適用于道路凹凸不平的場(chǎng)地,如淺灘、溝或有其他障礙物,具有一定的機(jī)動(dòng)性,能通過陡坡和急轉(zhuǎn)彎而不需要太多時(shí)間。
3. They use crawler belt devices. Their advantages are small unit pressure of ground and large adhesive force. They can be used in rugged places such as shoal, ditch or other hurdles. They have certain motility. They can cross steep hill and sudden turns with much time spent on it.
4、操縱部分除電氣操縱外,還有壓氣操縱,即氣力操縱裝置。它是由專用的空壓機(jī)供給壓縮空氣,通過控制閥,使壓氣進(jìn)入氣缸,驅(qū)動(dòng)氣缸中的活塞,再由活塞桿通過杠桿機(jī)構(gòu)來操縱各機(jī)構(gòu)的離合器或制動(dòng)器動(dòng)作。
4. The control part includes not only electric control device, but also compressed air control device and pneumatic control device. They supply compressed air through special air compressor. They get the compressed air into the air cylinder through control valve, drive the piston in the air cylinder, and then the piston rod controls the operation of clutch or brake of each mechanism through lever mechanism
