一、要用途及功能

I. Main Purpose and Function

本試驗(yàn)機(jī)用于測(cè)定混凝土圓柱或長(zhǎng)方體度件在恒定的受壓荷載作用下，隨時(shí)間增長(zhǎng)的變形，即混凝土的壓縮徐變變形。適用于混凝土的恒溫和絕濕條件下，測(cè)試單向愛壓的混凝土徐變?cè)囼?yàn)。本設(shè)備的設(shè)計(jì)、制造完全符合《SL352-2006 》水利行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及國家行標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。能滿足相關(guān)行業(yè)的科研院所、大專院校的設(shè)計(jì)、施工、質(zhì)檢等部門混凝土徐變?cè)囼?yàn)的需要。

This test machine is designed to determine the deformation of concrete cylinder and cuboid parts under constant pressure load over time, namely the creep deformation of concrete, and is applicable for concrete creep deformation test under single-direction pressure at constant temperature in a humid-free environment. The design and manufacture of this equipment complies with water sector standard SL352-2006 and national industry standard and is able to meet the requirements of concrete creep deformation test performed by design, construction and quality inspection departments of scientific research institutions of relevant industries, universities and colleges.

二、主要結(jié)構(gòu)

II. Main Structure

本試驗(yàn)機(jī)主要由主機(jī)、液壓系統(tǒng)、測(cè)力單元、壓縮變形系統(tǒng)等組成。

This test machine is composed of host equipment, hydraulic system, force measuring unit and compression deformation system etc.

1．主機(jī)由頂板、絲桿、中壓板、下壓板、調(diào)節(jié)螺母、壓板調(diào)平總成、疊式彈簧等組成。上下壓板間裝有活動(dòng)球座，操作時(shí)當(dāng)上壓板底面與試件頂面接觸后，能自動(dòng)適應(yīng)試件高度方向的細(xì)微傾斜，使兩平面互相接觸全面，從而使軟件受力均勻，根據(jù)試件大小，可轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)螺母，上壓板自動(dòng)下降或上升，以適應(yīng)調(diào)節(jié)試驗(yàn)空間，上下壓板頂面上刻有定位線框，便于將試件放置在中心位置。

1. The host equipment is composed of top board, screw rod, middle compression plate, lower compression plate, adjusting nut, compression plate leveling assembly and folded spring etc. A movable ball base is mounted between upper and lower compression plates. During the operation, when the bottom surface of upper compression plate is in contact with top surface of test piece, it will automatically adapt to the slight tilt in height direction of test piece, enabling the two planes contact in large area for uniform stress distribution. The upper compression plate will descend or rise automatically by rotating the adjusting nut according to the size of test piece so as to adapt to the test space. The top surface of upper and lower compression plates is carved with positioning frame for the convenience of placement of test piece at the center.

2．液壓系統(tǒng)（需用戶另購）

2. Hydraulic System (option)

由手動(dòng)或電動(dòng)液壓泵、油管及分離式油壓千斤頂組成。此液壓系統(tǒng)每套可控制多臺(tái)徐變?cè)囼?yàn)機(jī)，為一臺(tái)加壓到額定的壓力后調(diào)節(jié)徐變?cè)囼?yàn)機(jī)的鎖定螺母固定后可移到另一臺(tái)機(jī)器進(jìn)行工作。

Composed of auto or manual hydraulic pump, oil pipe and split hydraulic jack, each set of this hydraulic system can control several creep deformation test machines. The creep deformation test machine of which the pressure has been increased to rated level can be moved to another machine by adjusting the fixing nuts.

主要由壓力傳感器，連接線及高精度數(shù)顯儀表組成。

This unit is mainly composed of pressure sensor, connection line and high-accuracy digital instrument.

1. This creep deformation test machine features convenient transportation, bulk transport and on-site installation and debugging.

2．本徐變?cè)囼?yàn)機(jī)加壓到額定壓力后，固定調(diào)節(jié)螺母，數(shù)顯儀表顯示當(dāng)前的壓力，試件長(zhǎng)時(shí)間加壓變形壓力不足額定壓力時(shí)，人工開動(dòng)液壓系統(tǒng)開始加壓到額定壓力緊固調(diào)節(jié)螺母。

2. After the pressure of this test machine is increased to rated level and the adjusting nuts are fixed, the digital instrument will indicate the current pressure. In case the long-term compression deformation pressure is lower than rated pressure, the hydraulic system shall be manually operated to increase the pressure to rated level and to fasten the adjusting nuts.

3．本徐變?cè)囼?yàn)機(jī)如試驗(yàn)繁忙每臺(tái)可同時(shí)做2個(gè)試件可節(jié)約投資。

3. Each of this creep deformation test machine can perform test on two test pieces at the same time in case the test process is busy, so as to reduce the investment.
