I. Product Description

混凝土振動(dòng)臺(tái)具有生產(chǎn)效率高、振實(shí)效果好、質(zhì)量穩(wěn)定、結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊、噪音小、使用維修方便等特點(diǎn)。用于試驗(yàn)室現(xiàn)場(chǎng)地作為試件成型和預(yù)制構(gòu)件廠振實(shí)各種板、柱梁等混凝土構(gòu)件振實(shí)成型。

Concrete vibrating table that features high production efficiency, perfect compaction effect, stable quality, compact structure, low noise and convenient operation and maintenance is used on laboratory site for sample forming and for prefabricated part factory to compact a variety of concrete members like boards, beams and columns etc.

二、結(jié)構(gòu)與工作原理

II. Structure and Working Principle

振動(dòng)臺(tái)主要由臺(tái)面、底架、振動(dòng)器彈簧等部件組成，臺(tái)面與底架均用鋼板和型鋼焊接而成，振動(dòng)器是用電動(dòng)機(jī)加一對(duì)相同的偏心輪組成，并通過(guò)一對(duì)吊架聯(lián)軸器安裝在臺(tái)面（反面）中心位置起著實(shí)過(guò)程中平穩(wěn)，垂直方向的作用。

This vibrating table is mainly composed of table board, foundation frame and vibrator spring etc. The table board and foundation frame are welded of steel plate and profile steel, and vibrator is composed of motor and a pair of eccentric wheel of the same size and is mounted at the center of table board (back side) through a pair of hanger couplings, keeping the process table and in perpendicular direction.

三、安裝使用與維修

III. Installation, Operation and Maintenance

1、振動(dòng)臺(tái)安裝前，應(yīng)先打好基礎(chǔ)，打基礎(chǔ)時(shí)上平面按水平找平，并按底架螺栓孔埋好固定螺栓，然后安裝，安裝時(shí)固定螺栓必須擰緊。

1. The foundation shall be properly laid before the installation of vibrating table. When laying the foundation, level the upper plane in horizontal direction and bury the fixing bolts to bolt pores of foundation frame. When installing the equipment, the fixing bolts must be tightly fastened.

2、振動(dòng)臺(tái)安裝完畢試車(chē)時(shí)先開(kāi)車(chē)3-5分鐘后停車(chē)，對(duì)所有堅(jiān)固螺栓必須進(jìn)行檢查，若松動(dòng)須擰緊后方可使用。

2. For the test run after the installation of vibrating table is completed, operate the table for 3-5 minutes and then stop it. Check all fixing bolts. In case of any looseness, the bolts must be tightened before use.

3、振動(dòng)臺(tái)在振實(shí)過(guò)程中，混凝土制品應(yīng)須牢固的堅(jiān)固在振動(dòng)臺(tái)面上，所需振實(shí)的制品放置要與臺(tái)面相對(duì)稱(chēng)，使負(fù)荷平衡，振實(shí)制品的緊固裝置，用戶可根據(jù)自己的需要自行設(shè)計(jì)配制。

3. During the compaction on vibrating table, the concrete products shall be firmed fixed to the table, and its arrangement shall be symmetrical with table board for the purpose of load balance. Users could design and make the fastening device according to their own requirements.

4、振動(dòng)器軸承應(yīng)經(jīng)常檢查，并定期拆洗，更換潤(rùn)滑油，使軸承保持良好的潤(rùn)滑，延長(zhǎng)振動(dòng)器的使用壽命。

4. Perform regular inspection and cleaning of vibrator bearings while changing the lubricating oil to keep them in good lubricating condition and thus to extend the service life.

5、振動(dòng)臺(tái)應(yīng)有可靠的接地線，確保安全。

5. The vibrating table shall be provided with reliable grounding wire to ensure safe operation.
