With this vibration mill, the ball grinding chamber is fixed with the vibration mechanism below it which drives the rotation of two adjustable eccentric blocks, to get the drum to vibrate; the grinding media and materials in the drum are forced to start high-frequency vibration so that the materials are crushed due to violent impact, friction, and shearing actions from grinding materials. The fine particles pass the peristaltic pump through the screen fence at the bottom of the grinding chamber, and then enter the ball grinding chamber again while the coarse ones are still in the grinding chamber for further milling. No matter in structure or in work flow, this machine is very mature. Such mills are widely used in fields such as electronics, ceramics, chemicals, powered metal, tungsten, calcium carbide, rubber compound, magnetic materials, radioceramic materials in radio industry, and pharmacy. The material of cylinder lining can be stainless steel, ceramics (aluminum oxide), zirconium oxide, ceramic tile, nylon, polytetrafluoroethylene, food grade rubber or polyurethane.
