XMGQ Work Index Ball Mill is mainly used to determine the work index of grinding of ores , slag and other materials. The product is produced by the only enterprise designated by the former Ministry of Geology and Mineral Resources, in compliance with the Industrial standards.
與一般球磨機(jī)相同,將一定粒度和重量的物料放入球磨機(jī)內(nèi),球磨機(jī)內(nèi)裝入一定尺寸、一定數(shù)量的鋼球,在特定轉(zhuǎn)數(shù)下進(jìn)行干法磨礦,將產(chǎn)品篩分、稱重,反復(fù)進(jìn)行多次,在經(jīng)計(jì)算得出磨礦功指數(shù)(kwh/t)。
As with the common ball mill, materials of given size and weight and steel balls of certain size and number are put into ball mill. Dry grinding proceeds at the rated rotation speed to screen and weigh products repeatedly. The grinding work index (kwh/t)is obtained by calculation.

Structure
XMGQ型功指數(shù)棒磨機(jī)主要結(jié)構(gòu)。由主機(jī)(包括電動機(jī)、減速器、筒體、定位插銷等)、接料附件和電氣控制等部分組成。
XMGQ work index ball mill is mainly composed of mainframe (including motor, speed reducer, drum, positioning lock pin, etc), receiving accessory, electric control parts, etc.
主機(jī)筒襯為整體波浪形,由沉頭螺釘固定在筒體一端開口用以進(jìn)排料。棒磨機(jī)在磨礦過程中,如需傾翻角度時(shí)將轉(zhuǎn)動手把插銷提起,此時(shí)拉動定位插銷放進(jìn)相應(yīng)弧形槽內(nèi),轉(zhuǎn)動手把即可進(jìn)行調(diào)整。
