New model XSHF2-3Ⅱ Wet Splitter is applicable to labs for geological, metallurgical, building material, coal and other industries for ore slurry reduction and wet sampling for product tests. 一、結(jié)構(gòu)
I. Structure
XSHF2-3型濕式分樣機(jī)由下列主要部件組成(1)給料斗;(2)調(diào)漿攪拌桶;(3)礦漿分配部分;(4)礦漿截料器部分;(5)礦漿集料盛料部分;(6)床身;(7)調(diào)漿桶控制開(kāi)關(guān):(8)分配器控制開(kāi)關(guān)。分配器盤按逆時(shí)針?lè)较蛐D(zhuǎn)。
The main parts of XSHF2-3 II wet splitter are: (1) feed hopper; (2) slurry conditioning drum; (3) slurry distributing part; (4) slurry intercepting part; (5) slurry gathering and containing part; (6) lathe bed; (7) control switch for slurry conditioning drum; and (8) control switch for distributor. The plate distributor rotates counterclockwise.

1、結(jié)構(gòu)傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng):
1. Structure of Transmission System
分樣機(jī)運(yùn)動(dòng)系統(tǒng)為兩條傳動(dòng)路線,(1)攪拌傳動(dòng);(2)分配傳動(dòng),均為單電機(jī)拖動(dòng)。
The moving system of splitter transmits slurry in two ways: (1) stirring transmission and (2) distribution transmission, both of which are driven by one single motor.
(1)攪拌傳動(dòng)電機(jī)通過(guò)皮帶輪減速輸入到被動(dòng)軸,使攪拌葉輪勻速運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
(1) The motor for stirring transmission feeds slurry to the driven shaft through belt pulley, getting the stirring impeller to rotate at constant speeds.
(2)分配傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)采用德國(guó)進(jìn)口精密減速電機(jī)直接驅(qū)動(dòng),使分配器勻速逆時(shí)針運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)。
(2) The distributing transmission system is directly driven by high-precision reducing motor imported from Germany, which gets the distributor to operate counterclockwise at a constant speed.

(1)電器、操縱開(kāi)關(guān)設(shè)在床身右側(cè)。
(1) The electric switch and operating switch are installed on the right of lathe bed.
(2)變速箱直接與電機(jī)聯(lián)接分配器與傳動(dòng)軸為右旋螺紋連接.
(2) The gear box is directly connected with the motor; and the distributor is linked to the transmission shaft through the right-hand thread.
(3)機(jī)座底面設(shè)有四條支腿可調(diào)螺紋副用來(lái)調(diào)整水平。
(3) The bottom of machine base is equipped with four legs. The adjustable screw thread pair is used to adjust its level.
二、縮分原理
II. Splitting Principle
礦漿經(jīng)調(diào)漿攪拌桶攪勻后,給入過(guò)流漏斗。然后流入帶勻分錐的礦漿分配器。分配器為一勻速轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)體。礦漿經(jīng)它分成八等分。 再分別均勻給入截料漏斗中。漏斗12只。每只占有360°/12 =30°的孤長(zhǎng)。從而保證了在單位時(shí)間內(nèi)各漏斗截取的礦漿量相等。所以利用XDHF2-3型濕式分樣機(jī)完成礦漿縮分過(guò)程,可保證所得試樣在固體含量粒度組成和化學(xué)組成上保持代表。
fter mixed up through the slurry conditioning drum, the slurry is fed into the hopper and then flows into the slurry distributor with equipartition cone. The distributor is one that rotates at constant speed. When passing it, the slurry is divided into eight equal parts, and then evenly fed into the intercepting hopper. There are 12 hoppers in total, each with a radian of 30° (360°/12) so as to ensure the amount of slurry intercepted in each hopper in unit time is equal. Therefore, With XDHF2-3 wet splitter, slurry splitting can be finished and representativeness of samples in solid content, grain composition, and chemical composition can be ensured.
